Marmoleum

Marmoleum is manufactured predominately from natural harvestable raw materials:

	•		Linseed oil obtained from the seeds of the flax plant
	•		Pine resin harvested from managed pine forests in Europe.
	•		Wood flour from softwoods that are grown in managed forests in Scandinavia and the UK.
	•		Limestone which is found all over the world in almost inexhaustible quantities.
	•		Pigments to provide the extensive colours in the range are completely harmless to the environment.

Durability
The durability of Marmoleum is legendary. It is made using an oxidation process which continues naturally throughout the life of the product, meaning lineoleum gets even tougher as it gets older.

Appearance Retention
Marmoleum floors retain their beauty. After following a simple maintenance programme the floor looks good on day one and will stay looking good. Because of its advanced formation it is considerably resistant to indentation and scuffing. It does not melt and is therefore resistant to permanent scarring from burns.

Healthy and Hygenic
The oxidising process and natural raw materials used, have a natural bactericidal effect on such common bacteria as staphylococcus.
